"The Body Keeps The Score - Mind, Brain and Body in the Transformation of Trauma" by Bessel Van Der Kolk (Penguin). I read this today about the over reliance by the medical establishment on drugs to heal psychological pain - so encouraging for both my homeopathic and counselling work:
